Registration Price Dates:
  - Payment must be paid in full before date indicated below

Equipment Deposit:  - Payment must be paid in full before equipment can be issued

TBA - Equipment must be returned at the end of the season

Rental Fee REFUNDED:
at the end of the season depending on child's attendance and if equipment is returned in good condition.  If you receive any discounts your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Required Equipment (Parent supply):

  - Football cleats: Check with your coach for correct color
  - Practice jersey
  - Practice pants with integrated pads (Make sure they fit properly - not too loose or too tight)


Required Paperwork (Parent supply):
  - Child State ID
  - Signed registration form
  - Signed parent code of conduct
  - Signed agreements and waivers
  - Player original birth certificate
  - Player current year sports physical - Must contain
the following statement "Can play full contact football",
even if it's written in by the doctor. 
Must have a doctor's signature.
